How we work

Calm. Clear. Clean.

  1. 1

    We explain before we begin

You’ll know what’s going on with your pet, what we’re doing, and why. No confusing jargon.

  2. 2

    Health before any procedure

If the exam shows your pet needs treatment, we treat that first, then go ahead with the procedure.

  3. 3

    Clean after every patient

We disinfect the exam table and tools after every patient, so every pet comes into a clean space.

Cats & dogs

We love them like you do.

“I had my cats (a male and a female) spayed and neutered by Dr. Ihab, and honestly, he couldn’t have done more. The surgery was a success, thank God…”

“Dr. Habiba, God bless her, was very attentive to the cats’ health… After the exam, she found that he needed treatment first, before being neutered.”
Taef M. · Google
“A doctor who fears God in his work, and so does his team. Five stars is too little for you. You deserve more.”

Common questions

Before you visit.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

For check-ups, just come in during opening hours. For grooming and surgery, book on WhatsApp so we can give you a set time and you won’t have to wait.

When is the right time to spay my cat?

The vet decides after an exam, based on her age and health. If she’s unwell, we treat her first, then set a date for the surgery.

What should I bring on my first visit?

Bring your pet in a carrier, plus their vaccination card or any previous reports if you have them. Knowing what food your pet eats helps the vet a lot, too.

How long does grooming take?

It depends on your pet’s size and coat condition. We’ll tell you the expected time when you book, so you know when to pick them up.

Do you see pets other than cats?

Most of our patients are cats, but we welcome other pets too. Message us on WhatsApp before you come, and we’ll let you know if the right vet is in.
